1. General Information
Marse is a registered business operating in the Philippines. These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through our website, social media platforms, and other official sales channels.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Independent Retailer Disclaimer
Marse is an independent retailer and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or officially connected with any brands we sell, unless otherwise expressly stated.
All trademarks, brand names, and logos belong to their respective owners and are used strictly for identification purposes.
3. Product Authenticity
All products sold by Marse are 100% authentic and sourced from reputable international suppliers.
Product packaging, batch codes, or labeling may vary due to regional distribution differences or supplier updates.
4. Pre-Order Policy
Certain items are offered on a pre-order basis and are internationally sourced.
Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) is provided for reference only and is not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
- Customs clearance
- International shipping delays
- Supplier-related issues
- Force majeure events
By placing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these conditions.
Pre-order cancellations are not allowed once confirmed and processed, unless otherwise approved by management.
5. On-Hand Items
For on-hand items, please allow 3–5 business days from payment confirmation for order processing and shipment.
Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, high-volume periods, or promotional events.
6. Pricing & Payment
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to supplier adjustments, exchange rate fluctuations, or inventory updates.
Orders are considered confirmed only upon receipt of full or agreed partial payment.
Unpaid invoices beyond the stated due date may be automatically cancelled without further notice.
In the event of pricing errors, Marse reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders accordingly.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. Marse shall not be liable for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Once orders are handed over to the courier, delivery timelines and handling are beyond our control.
Risk of loss and responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer once the order has been released to the courier.
Marse shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or mishandling caused by the courier during transit.
Any claims regarding lost or damaged parcels must be filed directly with the courier service provider.
Customers may request additional courier insurance coverage at their own cost if extra protection is preferred.
8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
In compliance with the Consumer Act of the Philippines, returns and exchanges are accepted only for:
- Damaged items
- Defective products
- Incorrect items sent
Claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the package and must include complete unboxing videos and photos as proof.
Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Due to the nature of fragrance and beauty products, change-of-mind returns, scent preference issues, or opened/used items are not eligible for return or refund.
Approved refunds or replacements will be processed after proper review and validation.
9. Limitation of Liability
Marse shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Product usage
- Allergic reactions
- Shipping delays
- Force majeure events
Customers are advised to review ingredient lists and product descriptions prior to purchase.
10. Data Privacy
Customer information is collected and processed in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
We collect personal information solely for order processing, delivery, and customer communication.
We do not sell, trade, or share personal data with unauthorized third parties, except as required by law.
11. Amendments
Marse reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
